Bonuses and Compensation
Excellent hourly pay rates
Our nurses receive the top pay rates in the industry. Pay rates vary for each assignment. While on assignment you will be paid directly by First Class Nurses' payroll department.
Generous sign-on and completion bonuses
Earn $1,000 for select quick-start or specialty assignments. Also, many of our facilities offer generous completion bonuses. Your recruiter can provide you with further details.
Referral bonuses
When you refer a colleague or friend to First Class Nurses and that referral completes a 13-week assignment, you will be eligible to receive a generous referral bonus. Ask us for details.
